About Us
Southbank was formed in 2011 by Antony Chandler and Paul Oliver who wanted to support those independent payments companies who were helping small and medium size businesses take card payments. We knew that these independent payments companies were passionate about giving small businesses a better deal and a better service than the large bank acquiring businesses were able to provide and we knew that with a flexible receivables finance option they would be able to grow and help more and more small businesses benefit. So we provide the finance so that they can grow their businesses and more and more SMEs can benefit.
We are proud of our part in enabling UK business to get a better deal and we are proud that we are the finance provider of choice for most of the UK's leading independent PSPs and ISOs.
